SIZING & RETURNS
To determine your size, it is best to be measured by a professional
and match your inches to the manufacturer's size chart which we can provide for you.
Please keep in mind that bridal attire normally runs small.  Also, it is important to know
that no matter how close your measurements come to the dress size,
you will probably need some alterations.

We CANNOT accept returns on dresses that a customer orders in the wrong size,
so BE SURE TO GET ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS.  With our manufacturer's size chart,
we can order you the proper size dress, minimizing the amount of alterations that may be
needed. Place your order carefully as an order CANNOT BE CANCELLED or CHANGED once it is processed.  A gown CANNOT BE RETURNED once received as ordered
unless the problem was caused by the manufacturer or delivery company.


ORDERING
Order your gown as early as possible - you will need additional time for fittings
and alterations. Since gowns are made to order,
the average delivery time is 12 to 16 weeks,
depending on the manufacturer.  There are extra charges for larger sizes,
extra length, quick cuts, and rush deliveries.

Payment for your gown can made by check (with a 5-day clearance), money order,
cashier's check, or credit card - VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.
We must have payment in full before we process your order.  This helps us
to keep our prices low. After your gown is ordered, you will receive a confirmation number
and approximate delivery date.
