What if I need to return my order?
Weddings for Less strives to provide you with the highest quality products in order that your day be perfect. All of our merchandise is fully guaranteed. If merchandise arrives damaged or otherwise defective, you may return the merchandise for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately to report any problems.
However, Weddings for Less will accept returns or exchanges on shoes only that are non-defective and non-damaged merchandise. Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Such items must be packaged properly – we will not accept goods damaged in return shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
To return shoes you must do the following:
-contact Weddings for Less (310) 642-6646 within five days of receiving your shipment
-ask for return authorization number (RA#)
-package item for return delivery
-ship to Weddings for Less no less than one week after receiving RA number
After a return has been received, it will take up to one week to process. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If paying by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you.
Anyone not adhering to our return policy will not be eligible for exchange. Due to federal security policy, packages without an RA number will not be accepted.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Absolutely. Weddings for Less has taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our Internet site is built on the Yahoo Store(tm) system which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.
If I don’t want to order online, can I still make a purchase?

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax of 8.25% will only apply to residents of California in which we are registered, but not to any other U.S. state or the rest of the world. Specific countries outside the United States may levy an import tax that is beyond our control.
How long will my order take?
You will usually receive your order within 2-3 weeks.
Can you do rush delivery?
Yes, we can. Please call us to place a rush order. Rush orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Weddings for Less also accepts checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. If you are sending a check, please make the check payable to:

We ship all over the world. However, only residents of the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii, may shop online. All orders shipped to Canada and other parts of the world must be placed by phone
or e-mail.
